I am thinking Eastwood, since Guyver said he thought I might have a guess, and that the character is wearing a mix of a trench coat and cape (poncho?), I don't know though, the silhouette doesn't look very Eastwoodish, but then, silhouettes can be pretty deceiving sometimes.....
